Rockwood is pleased to announce that Hunter Allen has joined its Denver office as senior analyst. Most recently, Hunter was a financial and operational analyst at Offen Petroleum, a Denver-based distributor of fuel, lubricants and related products serving the Rocky Mountain Region. Previously, Hunter was an analyst in the Investment Banking division of Stephens Inc. in Atlanta, where he gained significant transaction experience working in the Industrial Distribution and Specialty Finance groups.
Hunter will be responsible for transaction analysis and due diligence, financial and operational modeling and strategic and operational involvement with portfolio companies and senior executive teams.

The expansion of its Denver office will allow Rockwood to continue to be close to markets that serve its targeted industries.
For 2019, the firm continues its values-based approach to sourcing and investing in businesses and delivering value to its portfolio companies through its Rockwood River Guide network and proprietary tool kit. The firm is focused on growth through new platform acquisitions of privately held businesses or corporate carve-outs in regulated industries, including aerospace & defense, healthcare and process control, and specialized industrials. For platforms, Rockwood invests in businesses with EBITDA from $2 – $7 million.
